FROM GRAVES TO GEVREY-CHAMBERTIN
As part of my job, I have been travelling to Bordeaux a lot of times in 2020 and 2021, up to a weekly basis at some point. This was the first time in my life I experienced a "regular" flying experience, where even some crew member might recognise and greet me!
Even thought I was taking risks as it was in the middle of the pandemic, I was super happy to fly.

Flying blue Miles earned with this flight: 795
Status earned: 2 XP
Air France doubling the XP status in 2020: 2 additional XPs
I am not going to present Air France app, but still here is a screenshot of the boarding pass; it took Air France a few years to actually have a stable and robust app, and now it is quite user friendly

For some reasons you can't choose your seat on any of the Hop fleet, and even though your Flying blue status would typically entitles you to do so.
The plane has the standard 100 seats in a 2-2 config.

This to,e around, not only did I go to Bordeaux for work but also with family to buy some more wine! - remember it is never enough!! I personnally recommend this Château Trianon of Saint Emilion it is a jewel!

I had the chance to have a great taxi driver that I have been in touch with all this time, and so he drops me; as usual to the same place near the bottle of wine (now gone). I am sorry for the quality of the picture it was a zoom.

passing through security at Bordeaux terminal B is quite easy and fast. Just the time for me to send a few email thanks to the airports wifi and the boarding was launched, with priorities respected.

The crew was really professional and gave us a warm welcome, followed by the usual announce by the captain thanking us for flying wtih Air France; which is always a nice thought.
It really feels like the days where Karens were the standard for cabin crews are over - thank you covid!
push back….

And a nice view on terminal B of Bordeaux

It is only a short a flight - and the drinks only service started soon after take off.

Since the first lock down, Air France stopped printing its magazine, and so it is digitally that you can discover it; it is available on the Air France play app.

We arrived at the U gates at the Hop dedicated pier and with a last view of our bird for today.

A quick bonus, Air France has a "what kind of traveller are you" that lists out the flights in the last 10 years that you went on.. It is funny to see all the aircraft types and the amount of times you have been on, the flight distances, time in the air and the cities you visited!
Sometimes it doesn't update straight away neither does it with cities, that trent to disappear..

Thanks for reading my report!
