Arriving from JFK on premium with Finnair and on the way to my connecting flight to CDG. I was intrigued by this company, which I was not familiar with.

Conclusion

What an incredible trip. I flew from CDG to JFK with Air France in Business Class (see flight report), spent two amazing days in New York, then flew back with Finnair from JFK to HEL in premium (see flight report), followed by HEL to CDG in economy.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere at Helsinki Airport, it feels welcoming, spacious and airy, with plenty of areas to relax, and the staff were smiling and pleasant. The Finnair crew on this flight were very nice, and I appreciated the service. I was slightly disappointed by the seat, however, as it did not recline, which was of course understandable given that it was located directly in front of the emergency exit row.
