Hello everyone,
I am taking advantage of a week of vacation to go to Taiwan and Japan again.
Objective for the routing: to have the most av-geek route possible.
3rd stage: departure to Tokyo.
1st internal flight in Japan, and especially 1st time on a Japanese company
I will hesitate between ANA and JAL, but in the game of schedules, JAL comes out victorious.
And a new little surprise as a bonus ;)
Here is the routing:
Enchainement de vols
- 1AF264 - Economique - Paris → Seoul - Airbus A350-900
- 2
- 3
- 4JL188 - Economique - Komatsu → Tokyo Haneda - Boeing B737-800
- 5AF279 - Economique - Tokyo Haneda → Paris - Boeing B777-300ER
Departure from Kanzawa station 2 hours before the departure of our flight.
Still for about €8, one accesses the KMQ airport by "Limousine Bus".
Direction the departure area:

The KMQ airport appears as a simple 'countryside' airport.
On one side, an area for international departures, with Eva Air and Korean Air:

An ANA area :

And the area, which interests us today, that of the JAL:

This one will not be very fluid, because the priority members will all pass in front of us.
To wait, the list of today’s flights for JAL:

The ground hostess will give me my Boarding Pass, and give me my luggage tag to cross-check with the tag.
Direction, the departures area located on the 1st floor.
This one highlights the season of Sakura, in progress during the trip:

An area, with all the models, of the companies serving KMQ:

The PIF will be shipped in less than 5 min.
And, we arrive at the airside area of the airport.
With, on one side, ANA:

And, the ANA lounge, whose standing is much higher, at the level of the entire airport:

Then, the JAL area :

With, once again, an incredible lounge.
Really impressed by the level of the lounges in this small airport:

JTA, pushbacks to Okinawa :

And, next to it, our device for HND, being prepared:

Boarding will be launched on time.
Direction, Tokyo:

Confirmed by this panel:

And there, surprise, our flight is operated by Japan Transocean Air:

Here is a nice surprise I haven't expected
Doar time :

Fuselage shot :

Cordial welcome by the cabin chief.
My seat, for takeoff, the 23C:

The pitch is very correct for a 1-hour flight:

The ceiling lamp reveals the advanced age of the device:

The content of the cover:

The JTA network :

The duty-free, with a model, once again overpriced:

No announcement from the captain, all announcements will be made by the cabin chief.
1h of flight today, for 378 km, it seems a lot to me.
We will go back up the runway at the top of the hour, for takeoff:

Security announcements will be presented on a central screen:

Tracking, of the day’s route, with the wrong modeling of our device:

Take-off in a hurry, then turn left, to fly over the Pacific Ocean, and gain altitude before flying over the surrounding mountains:

It is at this moment that a hostess will suggest to change seats to enjoy a porthole.
The 26F:

Cluttered view of the mountains of the Kanazawa region:

A Wifi service will be proposed on board :

This one is indeed in the colors of JTA, as proven by the special livery on the login page:

The Wifi will be the best, that I have had on board a plane, until then.
Completely free, it will allow me in particular to access our favorite site:

A service will be offered.
The hostesses not knowing the names of the drinks in English, I will be offered the following sheet to indicate my choice:

I will try the Okinawa special drink, which will be very good.
To the health of all FRists:

Outside, the flight continues quietly, as confirmed by the interactive map:

1st turn at the southern level of the main island of Japan:

The crew on board is very friendly.
The hostesses will explain to me coming from Okinawa, and operating certain flights, on behalf of JAL.
This is the case for this one, with a return to Kanazawa, then an overnight stay on site.
Before landing, one of the hostesses will give me a personalized flight souvenir:

Thanks to her :

A set of turns will be made as we approach Haneda, to join the final circuit:

the FL100 is indicated with its light setpoint, as we enter inland around Tokyo:

The route taken today seems aberrant, as confirmed by FR24.
A flight, which could have lasted 20 minutes, will last 1 hour, it’s quite a pity:

Final above the megalopolis, what Tokyo is :

Landing 2 minutes late at HND, which will earn us the apologies of the purser:

A long run at HND, which will allow us a nice spotting.
First of all, JAL and its subsidiaries:

And a B737-800 Sky in special livery:

We will go out to sea, with another B737-800 from the JAL:

Very quick disembarkation, and passage through the Business, in configuration 2-3:

The bus will literally wait for us at the foot of the landing stairs:

Last sight on our aircraft :

Who says Pax-bus, says spotting.
Offshore, terminal 3, with international departures:

B737-800 Skymark :

A350 JAL in special livery :

B767 JAL :

We will arrive after 5 min at the baggage claim area:

My suitcase will arrive among the first ones.
Before leaving the area, a bagtag bin is offered.
It’s a good idea, given the low number of garbage cans in Japan.

Go join Tokyo by the metro for about 7€ :
