Hi,
Check in was nice and friendly at a very empty Avianca area:

After a rather quick security check I visited the Terminal 1 Copa Lounge. This lounge is big but very dull and not really cozy. It has some old fashioned atmosphere.

Also the buffet does only offer the absolute basics.

My small breakfast:

It was raining heavily when boarding started.

A friendly crew welcomed me and I took my window seat 2A. Avianca has a very rare seat model on those narrowbodies with a fixed center console.

Before departure a bottle of water was offered.
We started taxiing on time and took off into very rainy skies.

The first 40 minutes were very bumpy and therefore inflight service only started very late. Very quickly drink orders were take and you could select a pre-packaged snack from a tray. I only had a coke and some chips.

Soon we started our descend above some nice mountain landscape and landed on time.

Thanks for reading,
FlyAlex
It's surprising (and not in a good way) to find out that a non-European Airline has Eurobusiness.
