After 4 days in Cebu, in The Philippines, it was time for me to go back to The Maldives. Ubered (which is now BTW part of Grab at least in SouthEast Asia), from my Airbnb to Mactan Cebu International Airport for only PHP200 (US$4) and took about 30 minutes. Did not waste time outside of the terminal and went straight to the check - in area.
There was no line hence had gotten my BP in less than 5 minutes.
As soon as my BP was issued, I went straight to Immigrations and was done in less than 10 minutes.
Had to check the status of the bathrooms in the airport and found it to be in ok condition. Below you can see the only lounge at the international wing.
Overlooking the future international terminal which is almost complete and will be opened in June 2018.
Went to the nearby The Coffee Bean & Teal Leaf and took something to eat and drink before flying. US$1 = about PHP50.

Boarding was on time and in an orderly fashion. Flight was about 90% full. Crews welcomed us by the door and they were very attentive and professional.
Late lunch which was really nice and liked it. :) Ice Cream was very good.

After 2 hours and 10 minutes, landed into HKG. And will be taking my onward flight into MLE in The Maldives.
