A little winter trip to Scotland, attractive fare on BA and an opportunity to upgrade my EC level to Bronze Tier

This airline got some inspiration from Aeroflot, or so it seems

The long line of check in desks, and a few machines, for Eastern, Flybe,
BMI, Easyjet, AF, KLM, SK and a few charter flights

Those airlines are in the main building, whereas flights to some oil places
and helicopters to North Sea oil rigs leave from smaller terminals.
British Airways has a corner of its own in the main building.

I won't use these services, as I travel with cabin luggage only and already have my BP

Comfy seats but black leather seat and dark grey floor carpet make the all thing a bit dreary to me.

Screens open for security video but are closed afterwards, whereas
on the outbound flight we had flight info all the way through.

Hot and cold drinks as well as chips, sweet things and a third unidentified
edible food is kindly offered by a young FA (picture taken while moving in cabin)
