Hi all,
Below are pictures from my flight to Munich from Nice by Lufthansa.
Nice Airport check in downstairs- upstairs towards security check

Post security
Terminal 1 of Nice is quiet small and there is not much to do airside

There are only 2 international gates that have a passport control. That day gates were occupied by BA, Turkish and Emirates

Hello, and thanks for the report.
There are some great pictures.
It seems that in the second snowy alps picture, the rightmost peak is the Mt Viso (Italy's apex). I'm not 100% sure though as I usually see it from the side.
Thanks very much Kelval. I'm glad you enjoyed the pictures. Sorry, I don't know about that mountain peak, but if that's the case it's very cool. It see,ed very high though so it maybe the one :)
Duh, I meant the third snowy picture sorry.
It's with pleasure. Thanks :)
Great pics both from the air and on the ground !
I like the embraer 190 as I think it provides very good comfort.
The sandwich is ok for the length of the flight.
It's true that Nice terminal one is not up to expectations now the airport is served by many foreign airlines such as Emirates , Turkish etc.
Considering the kind of visitors Nice and the Cote d'Azur get a renovation and an upgrade should be considered soon.
Thank you Skyteamchc. Definitely, Nice airport needs a very big improvement and expansion. I was surprised to see such a simple airport serving as the gateway to some of the world's richest areas, such as Monaco.
Oh wow...just wow. What a feast for the eyes, once again with these amazing photos! The stars aligned for you being on the right side of the aircraft with beautiful sunshine and a flight path that followed the coast line past Monaco. The aerial pics of Nice and Monaco on takeoff are truly breathtaking. The E190 cabin is always comfortable because of the 2-2 configuration with 19 wide seats. Those slimline seats look like they're hard though. I guess they were not based on your comments. Even if they were I'm sure it's comfortable for such a short flight. LH is generous with catering offering compared to other European airlines on similarly short routes. Thanks for sharing this awesome report!
Thanks so much Kevin for your comment. I'm glad you liked the pictures. Yes I was very happy that the flight path was very scenic and I could take lots of pictures. You are right, the chairs were a bit too stiff but was comfortable for a short flight :)
This report brought back recent memories. I meant to comment on it earlier but unfortunately I am not having good luck with the wifi connection at the property I am staying in Paris.
As always, your pictures are phenomenal and inspiring. Thanks for sharing the report with us.
Thanks so much, truly appreciate it. I'm glad you liked the pictures and they brought up great memories :)
