Hi,
Entering the small Florence airport terminal.
Check in area looks cramped but priority check in due to my Star Alliance Gold status was quick.
Once airside I headed to the local 'VIP Club' Airport Lounge which Star Alliance Gold guests are entitled to use.
The lounge offers rather cramped seating and almost no daylight.
The buffet is very basic.
Also disappointing to have paper plates and plastic cutlery - not a very premium feeling.
Some views on the small apron which was rather busy.
Boarding on time via bus and on the apron.
The cabin is nice and comfortable.
Nice refreshing towels were offered at the entrance.
Departing on time for this 1 hour flight across the Alps.
A buy on board menu is available but I did not take this option.
Only enjoying the free bottle of water and small snack distributed to everybody after take off.
Air Dolomiti also offers some streaming inflight entertainment on mobile device which is very nice.
Great views over the Alps on that afternoon.
Descending into Munich soon.
