Review of Air Japan flight from Tokyo to Singapore in Economy

Hi and welcome to another pheeplanes review on my flight home from tokyo narita  although i have a good time exploring tokyo and riding alot of tokyo metro trains as well as enjoying japanese food during my first trip to tokyo.

On the day of departure we arrive  at  airport with no queues for check in and drop my suitcase before proceeded to the north zone departure area security and immigration which is nearer to the boarding gate after immigration. it took about 5 mins as there no people at the security lines and majority of the foreigner can use the automated gates to leave japan and by the time  i cleared Both security and immigration  boarding has began and here my ride home from tokyo a 13 year and 6 month old  b787-8  with the registration JA803A (Juliet alpha 803 Alpha) and it was my 6th time taking the b787 series including singapore airlines b787-10 that i took last year to and from guangzhou

Boarding was call in groups and i join the queue for row 1 to 9 which is at the front of the aircraft and boarded thru the front door  the seats on row 7A were exactly the same as my inbound flight  with tablet holder ,safety card and inflight magazines as well as the nice view of the front engine of the b787-8 

We were push back after the cabin door has closed and the manual safety demo was demostrated during pushback and starting up the Rolls royce engine and the ground crew wave us goodbye and taxi past numerous of aircraft like 2 korean air b737 max8 and b787-10 ,another airjapan  b787-8 heading to bangkok and fleet of star alliance airlines including 2 singapore airlines b777 300 ER 

we were took off around 5.17PM after a short taxi to the runway bidding japan goodbye and heading south towards singapore 

Shortly after takeoff i check out the buy onboard menu with some snacks and other inflight meals 

There also an inflight entertainment when connecting to the airjapan ife network unfortunatly there limited movies content on a 6 hours flight

I did continue watching fantastic four the first steps on my previous flight to japan 

The sun is setting while i enjoy watching the movie since i sat in row 1 to 9 i get a complimentary drink when booking a seat on the front row of  the b787-8 and i did enjoy the orange juice while watching the sunset which concludes my first trip to japan

1 hour after take off prebooked meals was served and i go for the Charcoal-grilled-style Fluffy and Creamy Egg and Chicken Rice Bowl or simply known as oyakodon although these prebooked meals can be ordered when booking a flight with airjapan and my meal came with a bottled of water and wooden chopsticks and spoon although the oyakodon was delicious and good 

after the meal service i check the flightmap that were still heading south and enjoy the second movie F1 the movie

Water was then given out when i was enjoying my movie 

by the time my second movie was ended i watch tron ares as my third movie few hours later we were making our decent into runway 2C 

We saw a nice view of ships and singapore skylines while landing into runway 2C as well as a view of east coast park and tanah merah  area

We were touchdown at changi 1 hour earlier at 10.45Pm and a short taxi to gate F50 which is near to the arrival immigration of terminal 2 

We bid goodbye to the friendly cabin crew and JA803A for taking us home before it return to tokyo narita as NQ4 few hours later on the ground 

Immigration took about 5 mins with lesser people at the eiacs lane and manage to complete the Singapore arrival card (SGAC) with health declaration  few days before my trip home which can be done on the ica website or the my ica app unfortunatly there no passportless immigration lanes which i have to scan my passport at the eiacs automated passport control lanes .After immigration i  proceed to pickup my baggage where my suitcase appear 5 minutes later and after collecting my suitcase i headed home with a grab rideshare although this was a excellent ride on the hybrid airline and i would definetely will take airjapan again in the near future as well as any other good airlines to japan see you next time on pheeplanes bye.
