Flying from Stansted to Belfast for £30
Hello and welcome to this flight report on one of the few Easyjet flights from London Stansted. Easyjet used to operate more flights from Stansted including Palma De Mallorca but, as of late 2025 - early 2026 only Edinburgh (EDI), Glasgow (GLA), Belfast (BFS) (the subject of this flight report), Paris (CDG), Geneva (GVA) and Zurich (ZRH). I think Paris, Geneva and Zurich are seasonal.
Let’s get started!
Arriving at Stansted airport with my Dad at 05:50 AM at the express drop of zone, it is very convenient but comes at a price (£7), having only hand baggage we proceeded to the very busy security screening.

We proceeded to our gate at gate 81 as our a320 was arriving on stand.

Boarding started quickly and we boarded via stairs at the front and rear. This Airbus a320 was fitted with Recaro seats, I find them quite comfortable but, in my opinion, the tray table is way too small.

Aircraft pushed back on time and taxied to the runway.

Take of and climb to altitude

Shortly after takeoff, the cabin crew preformed the Buy on Board service. I was keen to try their offering after overhearing a passenger on a previous flight complaining that the food was “completely inedible” . I had a blueberry muffin and an appletiser, my Dad had a porridge and a coffee.
They were both very good and exceeded expectations but the porridge did get dry towards the bottom.

During our approach we flew over lough neagh and we landed very smoothly and a short taxi to our stand

We exited the airport and purchased bus tickets for the 300 bus to Belfast Grand Central bus and train station. There is a travel shop in arrivals with a timetable on bus departures.
Thank you for reading this report and I will be back soon with my return journey.
