Welcome to my Flight Report. In this report, I want to share about my trip to Hanoi from Jakarta with Vietnam Airlines.
I arrived at the airport at around 19:00 by using car. After parking the car in the overnight parking area, I took the sky train from the parking lot to the terminal building.

Because I arrived too early, I went for a walk around the terminal 2 building departure area.

At around 10:00 p.m., the check-in counter opened. When checking in at the counter, I asked to change seats due to the missing window (half window) on row 21, but the staff, including the manager, refused and seemed reluctant to help, saying the flight was full and they could only move me to the last row, which is of course very uncomfortable because it is narrow and close to the toilet. Eventually, after a long debate, I was forced to accept the half window seat. After dropping off the baggage and collecting my boarding pass, I went to the security check, immigration, and proceeded to the gate.
