Hi everyone, welcome to the last part of the trip to Asia in November 2024. This report will cover the flight from Istanbul to Hong Kong with Turkish Airlines.

After arriving from Hong Kong in the early morning, I joined a tour organised by Turkish Airlines, which I will talk about it later. Once I finished the tour and returned to the airport at 17:09pm, I passed through the immigration in no time. My gate was not assigned yet, so I just find a place where I could charge my phone and take a rest.
At 19:03pm, I arrived at the departing gate, B5A. There were a lot of passengers waiting.
My plane to Munich. Airbus A321-200 TC-JSC, carries the name Arnavutköy, delivered to Turkish Airlines in August 2012. Lufthansa A320neo, D-AIJD was departing to Frankfurt as LH1299.

Boarding started at 19:48pm
Ready to board the plane.
Since I could not check-in online, my seat was assigned by the staff at the counter in Hong Kong and I got an aisle seat.

Somehow I was told that I was in the wrong row, I should be sitting on the aisle seat of the first row.
The business class section in the front. There are several configuration of the A321ceo fleet. This aircraft type features 16 business class and 164 economy class.
The sea sick bag and safety instruction card were stored in the front pocket.
Remote control was available.
At 20:15pm, our captain came into PA and announced the flight time of 2 hours and 20 minutes. 10 minutes later boarding was completed and the cabin lights were dimmed. A couple of minutes later safety demonstration video was played and the airbridge had retracted.
At 20:38pm pushback was commenced and the cabin lights were completely off. We took off 15 minutes later.
10 minutes after takeoff, I watched the movie: Bad Boys: Ride or Die. The cabin light was turned on again.
At 21:18pm, dinner was served. There were two choices, meatball or pasta. I chose the meatball with orange juice as the drink.
35 minutes afterwards, the crew returned and collected the tray. I asked for a cup of water.
A couple of minutes later, I visited the lavatory at the back.
View of the economy class during inflight. Once I was backed from the lavatory, I soon fall asleep. In less than 30 minutes, our plane started to descend and I woke up again by the time the wheels touched the ground.
We parked at a remote stand 194, a shuttle bus then took us to the terminal. Total flight time was 2 hours and 15 minutes.
