Hi,
Check In was rather quick and friendly at the dedicated Aegean Priority counter at the rather dark and narrow ground floor of Terminal 2.

Once airside, I visited the Lufthansa Senator Lounge at the K gates satellite building. This evening it was very quiet and empty.

My small meal with some views on the apron:

Boarding started on time to our nice looking A320.

The cabin looks nice with comfortable seats. The center table is a nice welcome which not many airlines offer in Europe nowadays.

The seat comes also with a clever personal device holder:

Boarding continued and soon I was offered a welcome drink from the tray and opted for a glass of sparkling wine.

The menu for today's flight was also distributed on the ground:

A view on the drinks offered:

We started our taxi and soon climbed into the evening sun.

Our flight of ca. 2 hours 15 minutes soon reached the Alps.

Service started with a very nice scented hot towel.

Next drink orders were taken and I ordered some white wine and water.

Next some paper table clothes were laid out - although not linen still of high quality thick paper. A nice touch.

Then the meal was served all on one tray and I opted for the lamb main course.

The meal tasted nice and was extremely filling with big portions. Drink refills were frequently offered by the friendly crew.
My tray was cleared away and I kept the dessert and ordered some coffee with it.

The plane also offers a nice streaming option on your personal device:

It got dark outside and soon we started our descend into Athens.
