Hi,
During my transfer I visited the nice SilverKris Lounge which however was very crowded this evening.
Boarding was on time and I took my comfortable window seat.
Soon a welcome drink and hot towel was offered.
I asked for an amenity kit and socks which typically are upon request at SQ.
We departed with a slight delay and climbed into the dark night. Aperitif service with warm nuts was soon served.
Followed by an efficient supper service. Normally SQ does proper table setting without trays on long haul flight but this late night departure supper service was tray based instead. I found it perfectly fitting for such a late departure.
The very tasty main course:
Finishing the meal with dessert.
A very nice sunrise over the Black Sea waked the cabin up.
About 3 hours out of Munich breakfast service started with a hot towel and I ordered a nice cup of Cappucino.
It was an extensive multi course breakfast service nicely plated without any trays. Looks like this is the SQ procedure on longhaul flights that only come with a shortened supper service after take off.
