We arrived at LIS airport about 4h before flight departure, about the time the check-in counter opens and we managed to select great seats.
This flight didn't had online check in so we had to arrive early to avoid the big crowd, the flight had 332 passengers.
Great transatlantic flight, left on time and arrived on time.
For a charter airline this was our best experience so far, and we traveled in a lot of them.
Plane (EC-MII) is almost 10 years old but is in good condition. It has in-flight entertainment screens with a decent selection of films, TV series and some games, nothing to complain about since this is a charter airline.
We had the best in-flight meal (chicken and rice) that puts some traditional airlines to shame.
Crew was very professional and nice, always ready to help.
In all an extremely positive experience.
On arrival at La Romana airport the security screening was a bit on the slow side, considering that the airport only handles a few flights a day, but personnel were extremely nice.
Thanks for sharing your first review here with us. Quite a decent read experience for a charter/holiday carrier. It’s nice that Iberojet didn’t go for the horrible 3-3-3 configurations that some carriers have on high-density A330s. Also nice that these have IFE screens as several other airlines that have A330s in the same Y388 configuration do not.

Thanks for the comment, LRM was just a private/small jet airport until recently, they are mostly operated by owners or users of the Casa de Campo resort, but they managed to attract a few European charter and holiday airlines and now have a range of big a330, b777 and b787 landing there.
