Bharat Udaan - Flight 5
This report is from March 2025. I reached Kolkata with Air India Express and stayed 1 day, Read the flight report -
Air India Express IX2644 Indore to Kolkata
It was time to continue the journey.
I wanted to fly Spicejet as it is one of the smallest airlines but flies two Boeing 737-900ER.
When I was planning the trip, noted that the aircraft flew CCU-BLR-DBR-BLR-CCU-BKK-CCU.
Bangkok was out, didn't need to think, Darbhanga [DBR] - does not cater to tourist, a military airport in Bihar and hence not an option, .
So it was either Kolkata - Bengaluru or the other way.
This was the purpose of visiting Kolkata as this option ticked the 3C's - Craft, Carrier and City.
Booking
I booked flight through the Spicejet website.

During booking, selected the seat.

I skipped the meal.

and the add-ons as I didn't require any.
