SCOOT TR390 | Trip Report | SIN-MNL
πππππππ:
When me and my dad arrived in Singapore Changi Airport using the bus, we waited for check in to open, and decided to eat at the Zero Degree restaurant. The food was very tasty, and the staff were helpful.

After that, we went on the Skytrain to terminal 1. Then, check in opened, so we immediately went to the check in counters of Scoot. The staff was very friendly, and helpful in checking us in to Manila.

After clearing immigration, we went to the shops to buy some items then proceeded to the gate and had a security check that led us to the waiting room. Right beside us was an A350 bound for Paris, France (no image, sorry), there was also a 787-10 that recently arrived from Bali, Indonesia, and will be soon making its way to Shanghai, China (scroll down to see image).

Our ride taking us to Manila is a (at the time of travel) 3.1 year old aircraft with the registration of 9V-NCE, nicknamed "Huat Ah!", it has no "racoon mask".

The mentioned 787-10, with registration 9V-SCG arriving from Bali, Indonesia, and will continue its way later to Shanghai, China.

My seat is 14A for the flight to Manila, I couldn't properly take a picture of the seat due to it being a full flight, but you can search "Scoot A321NEO", and you will see many pictures about this seat. Also, the QR Code that led to the inflight entertainment on this flight wasn't working properly, so I just enjoyed the views outside the window. We pushed back from the gate at around 3:05pm, a delay of 30 minutes.

We shortly taxied to Runway 02C, in these pictures you can see the ATC Tower, Jewel, Singapore Airlines/Etihad planes, and other equipment.

(I apologize for the image quality of the take off!!!) When we took off from Singapore, heading for Manila, service quickly started, the seat contained the usual: Safety Card, Menu, Barfing Bag, and other items.

We bought Pringles, and a Minute Maid (Orange Juice flavor), which both costed 4 Singaporean Dollars/170 Philippine Pesos each. Along with the food, the views which are free, will be the ones providing the entertainment on this flight.

DESCENT: Pretty soon, we were descending to Manila, this flight was very uneventful, it's just like a bus taking you from point A-B. (Landing and descent video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M5Iln-K0eN8&t=1s)

Hi! Welcome and thank you for this great, nicely written report! πππ
