Online check-in was not possible and you couldn't get the boarding pass. The app is a joke; you can't do anything on it. At the airport, you had to wait in line for about an hour to get the boarding pass. Also, the check-in counters were only opened at the last moment. This was the first time I had to wait so long for my boarding pass.
On board, we were given free meals and drinks, but unfortunately there were no vegetarian options. The plane looked old, but still within reason. The distance between the seats was OK.
Last but not least, the connecting flight from Macau to Danang was delayed by two hours. So we arrived in Danang at midnight, which was very unfortunate.
This was my first experience with this airline and I will try to avoid them as much as possible in the future :-(





Please blur the personal data from your boarding pass. You should never show full ticket numbers, names, and reservation numbers on the internet like that. Please protect your personal information
