Review of Eastar Jet flight from Jeju City to Seoul in Economy

Hello everyone welcome to another trip report for the second part of my trip to jeju and seoul as we will be taking the afternoon flight back to seoul for a overnight stay before returning back to singapore on the  Korean Air B747 8I the next day .  It was a great trip to jeju also and manage to visit most places around jeju and trying out the busiest domestic air route as well.

We arrive at the airport on the raining morning  2 hours and 15 minutes before departure and my family return the rental  ioniq 5 to the rental car company and check in for our flight we use kiosk check in follow by lugguage checkin before heading thru security which took about 1 minute and using a separate entrance for foreign passport passengers and were in airside in less than 5 minutes.

i caught an asiana b767 300 at jeju making a quick turnaround back to jeju and its a short walk to gate 3A for boarding and were the first to board since my grandmother uses a wheelchair and boarded the bus after taking the lift down to the bus waiting point and took about  5 minutes to get to our aircraft 

Here our ride back to seoul gimpo its a brand new B737 Max 8 registered as HL 8599 (Hotel lima 8599) parked at the remote stand beside the aerobridge and arrived from cheongju korea and it was my first time taking a 737max8 even on a short flight to seoul  and we disembark the bus and board the 737max8  via the stairs with a nice view of the engine view

The seat comes with magazines and buy on board(BYOD) menu however there no inflight entertainment on a short flight to seoul gimpo 

Even the nice wing view  also

We were push back once boarding completed and safety demonstration complete even the ground crew waving goodbye to our plane while starting up the CFM engine on the 737 max 8 before taxing to the runway and taxi past some planes like a320 and A220 and take off from the runway bidding goodbye to our wonderful jeju views on a rainy day as we head to seoul gimpo 

After takeoff i caught some an hour nap throughout the flight before making our decent into seoul gimpo 

caught some nice view of seoul when making a decent into seoul gimpo after 49 minutes flight 

we touched down at gimpo airport ontime around 2.11PM before taxing to gate 1 

we park right next to korean air B737 900 without winglet HL7716 heading back to jeju on a busy domestic air route and disembark the 737 max and walk towards baggage claim 

Although this is a good and short ride on the 737max8 and definetely try the 737 max8 again soon even on singapore airlines do stay tuned on my return trip report on the B747 8I KE643 Bye.
