Review of Virgin Australia flight from Port Vila to Brisbane in Economy

Hello everyone,

I meet you for a quite exceptional trip. Indeed, having to visit several friends in a rather limited time, I set out for a round the world trip, which I tried to have as much as possible. This has the following routing: 

After a few days spent on the island of Efate (main island of Vanuatu), it’s time to return to Sydney.
At the view of the size of the airport, we arrive with 2h advance to VLI

The check-in hall is divided between Air Vanuatu (which also records for Air Fiji) and Virgin Australia.
Despite 4 open counters, the luggage drop will be very long.

Good point for a airport of this size 

Before passing security, I notice that a domestic terminal is available and attracts my attention

It is located in the international terminal

This one seems to involve much more flight to the secondary islands of Vanuatu, including air taxis available

Back to boarding, the PAF will be very long with 2 customs officers posted.
Several passengers will complain about the call at the last boarding of our flight, while there are still about 20 people in the queue.
The PIF will pass him quickly, noting that the PIF conveyor belt will not work, as does the baggage check-in conveyor belt.

It is very appreciable for these 3 hours of crossing the Pacific

All at a price, it seems to me, very reasonable

We leave Vanuatu by flying over Port Vila 

Then, cruise on the Pacific Ocean in a beautiful sun

Free water, tea and coffee will be provided.

Then, very quickly, the same bio-safety announcement as when returning to Australia will be broadcast, this time without screens.
The same declaration form must be completed 

The flight continues under the same landscape.
It will be unfortunately impossible for us to see New Caledonia 

After 1 hour of flight, the chief cabin officer makes an announcement to let us know that the entertainment system has finished its reboot, and is now available.

An announcement will be made to indicate the importance of VA being on time to enable connections.
And, for good reason, almost all the flight will be in correspondence.
My flight to SYD leaves in 1h30 from the domestic terminal.

Another very good point for Australian airports.

However, although my suitcase has been tagged up to SYD, it will be mandatory for us to retrieve it.
Pass the health inspection and re-register.

Now, I think our correspondence is hanging by a thread 

The health inspection will be very effective with 30 open windows.
All our plane will be searched his suitcase, but again time lost, and it does not seem to shock anyone in the airport staff, who think we will have our connection.

We have 50 min before our departure for SYD
