Introduction
Hey Y'all, welcome back! I recently flew on an Air Canadas new A220-300 on my way back to Dallas. The first flight was on an American Airlines A320-200 with a very old cabin, you can check it out in the routing above. Feel free to watch the comparison video I made of the two flights on my YouTube channel Winged Reviews or on here, it would really help me out. Now lets get into the review.
Check-In
Welcome to terminal C at Montreal it is specifically for the US bound departures. There were self-checking kiosks to get your boarding pass and luggage tags. If you need to check your bags you use the kiosk then head over to the checked bag drop off where they will take it from you.

Immigration/customs
After you check-in you go through an extensive security check. You have to show your boarding pass around 10 times to different people at every checkpoint. Once you go through security you have to go through US Immigration and customs. Sometimes this can be a disaster with really long lines but today it was pretty fast there was not a lot of people. After this you are basically on US soil so you don't have to do customs in the US.
Airside
There is not a lot to do when you are airside. There are only 2 lounges, one of them is the Air Canada maple leaf lounge where you need to be flying business with Air Canada or have status with them or Star Alliance ( I do not have either). The other lounge was a paid lounge, it was 24 dollars an hour. I should have got a picture but it was basically sectioned off from the rest of the terminal by those nylon cue posts. There was absolutely no privacy and only a few small bites available. The rest of the thermal has only like 4 restaurants and that is it. There was some good plane spotting opportunities though.

Gate
The was absolutely packed and people were already lining up at the desk to get on the plane.

Boarding
Air Canada and all of there company airlines boards by zones, so when your zone is called you can go up and get checked it. As I boarded this cabin was very modern.

Seat
The seat was pretty comfortable and the leg room was not that bad. The highlight of the seat was the large IFE screen on every seat. It was pretty big and came with 2 headphone jacks, 1 USB plug, 1 USB-C plug, a personal reading light, and a personal air vent. Another highlight was the head rest which if you read or watched my last flight on the American A320 you would know that that plane did not have a head rest. Overall the seat was pretty good the only problem I had was when you touched the screen the whole seat in front of you would move forward, it was not as bad when someone sat in it but it would be pretty noticeable if someone was pushing on your seat from behind. One more highlight was the massive windows on the A320-300!

The window was so amazing! It was crystal clear and so clean it really made it easy to get great pictures of planes on the ramp that I will show later. It was also massive one of the biggest I have ever seen!

This is a great airport to see some pretty cool planes so here are some of the ones that I found!

The takeoff out of Montreal was pretty nice especially since the sun was starting to set.

We even went over the lakes!

In-Flight
After we go to the cruising altitude the flight attendants came around with some snacks and drinks. The snack that was offered with this milk chocolate bar on a biscuit. It was pretty good!

After a good snack I got into the entertainment system. It was pretty good the only problem I encountered was that i forgot my earphones and on Air Canada you have to buy them, they were 4 dollars!! That is crazy! The in-flight entertainment system was pretty good. It was brand new only being one year old. The system was fast and smooth. There was a good amount of both English and French movies and shows so you can always find something to watch.

There was also a great map!

Air Canada has a lot of inflight meals that you can purchase, some of them were upwards of 16 dollars.

Next lets check out the lavatories. They were not to bad. Some of the features includes toilet seat covers, a baby changing table, automatic fossette, and a massive mirror with two LED lights. The only thing I found that was weird was that the mirror was on the left side on the same wall as the door which makes it a little weird to look into.

Landing
After this relatively short 4 hour flight it was time to land in DFW. By this time it was dark so we could not see to much outside.

Thank you so much for reading!! Feel free to ask any questions in the comments and I will answer.
