Hi,
Travelling only with hand luggage I quickly passed the security control and had a quick visit to the Lufthansa Senator Lounge at G gates area of Terminal 2. This evening the whole airport including the lounge was rather quiet.
Having a look at my TAP A321neo bound for Lisbon before boarding which started more or less on time with proper priority boarding first.
A friendly crew was waiting at the entrance and I took my nice and modern window seat.
The cabin felt very modern and was separated by a curtain from Economy Class - a nice feature which TAP had removed for some years in the past but now the curtains are back helping for more privacy in the front cabin.
Legroom was perfect and the seat had many helpful features like power supply, tablet holder etc.
Having a look at our neighbour.
No service was offered before departure and we pushed back and started our flight of 3 hours to Portugal. Leaving Munich during final sunset hour.
About 30 minutes into the flight aperitif service started and along with some nice snacks I had an excellent Gin & Tonic of a Portuguese brand.
Printed menus were distributed next and two warm main course choices were offered. I selected the pasta dish.
Meal trays and warm bread from a basket were served soon. The meal tasted very tasty.
More drinks including some tasty Portuguese white wine from a choice of two different ones.
To end I had a nice cup of coffee.
During the flight the very friendly flight attendants often passed by to check for more drinks and refills. I finished with another cup of coffee and some nice Port wine.
We landed with a slight delay in dark Lisbon and parked at a remote position.

Hi Alex! Thanks for this flight report! I am truly astonished by the fantastic soft product. The food looks marvelous, the menu, the gin, the nice coffee mugs, wine glasses etc. Looking at this report I might have to give TAP a go. I was just wondering, was the flight as empty as the pictures?

jettoajet I read you avianca trip report on the a319 from Cusco to la paz. it looked quite nice also I thinK the people who were trying to take pictures should have just taken the picture from there own seat
Hi indeed this was very good Service. I took the empty cabin seats during Boarding before most other guests had arrived. But in the end Business Class was half full: out of 20 seats only 10 were taken.
that's fine. maybe one day I will fly TAP

also isn't Delta comfort+ the same thing as premium economy? or is it the same thing as business class? please reply

A bit rude, no? If you plan on posting reviews on this site, I suggest you learn to be more respectful of others as writing up reviews is quite a bit of work. Not to mention, that's purely your opinion. Bad behaviour is a good way of getting banned from the site---would be a shame.

TAP have a really solid intra-European Business product. The seats look spacious and still look brand new. With in-seat power, adjustable headrests, and eye-level tablet holders, the seats are about as good as it gets for Euro-biz. Printed menus are also a nice premium touch and the catering looks very good. The only thing missing is streaming IFE, and then it would be close perfection...for Eurobiz anyway.
