During black friday and cyber-monday, I wanted to have a check on the discounts proposed by different airlines.
Willing to go to Cluj in Romania, I decided to check the different offers.
However, leaving from western Europe, Cluj is only accessible by low-cost airlines.
But, the offers are really outstanding in terms of costs.
From Bruxelles to Cluj, FR offers a flight at 12 €.
And, for the way back to Paris, W6 offers a flight at 12€, plus 25 % discount for the cyber monday : 9€
I can't even understand how these airlines can offer such cheap flights.
But, 19€ for some days in Romania can't be lost.
Especially, on CRL-CLJ, FR purposes to try there new Max8-200 aircraft, which I've never tried yet.
I arrived at 4 am in front of the only terminal of Cluj-Napoca airport.
Safety checks will be passed very fast.
As explained on the first leg of the trip, airport is under complete operation works.
The airside zone is completely temporary.

6 gates are availables.
They are more or less at the colors of the two biggest low-cost operators at CLJ : Wizz air and Ryanair

We will wait almost 20 min bus doar open, before leaving.
Not amazing for the customer experience :(

Wizz Air will be nicer than Ryanair, and will let us the chance to sleep on this very early flight
Obviously, we will have the right to a BOB passage, but less more agressive than the FR one.
I will wake up at the beginning of the approach
I will take a chance to look at the Wizz Air magazine (very surprised to have a paper magazine in 2023)
