Hello guys, This is my very first trip trip report so please excuse my format, writing styles…etc. Anyways, I flew Air Canada's Boeing 787-9 from Calgary to Vancouver. Usually this route is operated by 737Max and occasionally the old but comfy A319. However, Air Canada moves this 787-9 to Vancouver everyday after finishing operating international flights in Calgary, so that was why I got a chance to fly on this giant beauty in this very short flight. You may also upgrade yourself to premium economy, but I'm not sure about what the service was like since I'm sitting in economy today.

BTW, I spotted a KLM 787-9 flying to Amsterdam, which is one of the few international flights here in Calgary.

Here are the seat features for AC's 787-9. The seat pitch is really good for me (i'm 169cm tall).

I also got a screen. The inflight entertainment system has lots of new movies, TV shows and a great interactive map.

The flight took off on time, despite that this is a full flight.

Snack services began. There are a variety of complimentary soft drinks, juices and coffee/tea. You also got a bag of pretzels.

For this flight, i got Coke as my drink of choice.

Shortly after taking off, the flight started to descent.

Some plane-spotting while taxing to the gate.

And we finally reached Vancouver!

Hi there, very nice first report! All the essentials are there. Always great to have a widebody on a short flight, in any cabin. Shame to hear about the dirty interior; however, especially in times of Covid. Hopefully this was an exception, rather than the norm for Air Canada--I assume a relatively short Domestic turn plays into it as well.
Thanks so much for sharing and welcome!
Hi! Thank you so much for the comment. I really appreciate it!
