Hi,
Being a Star Alliance Gold member I checked in at the dedicated Air Canada priority section of the Domestic terminal.

Security was quite quick and soon I was airside doing some spotting while walking to the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge.

The lounge entrance is at the lower floor.

The lounge at the upper level is rather big however already looking worn and was also surprisingly full for a Sunday morning.

The buffet offered some very basic continental breakfast staff.

Additionally via an app you could order some warm dishes. I had an omelette which arrived ca. 15 minutes later in a not so nice looking paper box. Taste whise it was actually very dry.

Some aircraft action on the apron before heading to the gate.

This is the Airbus in Air Canada's old livery bringing me to Calgary today.

Boarding process was well organized by groups.
I passed the comfortable looking Business Class section before continuing to the back of the plane.

My window seat was comfortable and still of an older design. A monitor was available at every seat which is nice.

A safety video started after a short delay and we taxied out.

We took off into rainy and cloudy skies for this short 1 hour hop.

Soon a trolley came down the aisle and everybody was offered a free drink of choice plus a small snack free of charge. This service was very nice and totally fine for such a short flight in Economy.

We started our descend and soon landed at Calgary in cloudy and grey conditions.
