Hello everyone,
Nice to see you again in this new FR, from my trip to the Canary Islands.
This little trip will be my very first post-Covid, after two years of Covid am to stay at home I decided to go on vacation outside France.
The flight is short but it is very comfortable and Pleasant !
For the flight to go:
It is a Luxair flight that I bought at 530 $. The plane will be a small B737-700 in premium class.
For the return flight :
It is the same flight but in the opposite direction at the price of 410 $, in B737-700 still in premium class.

I arrive at the parking from the airport, I go down to the underground car park on the floor - N° 2.

As the plane was not full, I asked the purser to change places from seat 3A to seat 18A in the back so that I could take more photos quietly without disturbing my neighbours! She gladly accepts and was very interested in my Flight-Report.

Here is my "Premium" plateau : Tabouleh salad, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls, cream cheese and strawberry dessert, small bread, Camembert cheese and butter.
Difference between the Economy and Premium :
- Economy: Small green salad with fresh tomatoes.

Thanks for sharing your first report in English! Looks good, there's just a few of your title sections that are still in French, i.e. "salon", "repoussage", etc :-)
The Canaries seems to be a very popular destination since Covid! I've been noticing more and more reports to the Canaries and more and more airlines have added routes and frequencies. I wonder if the volcano eruption made the Canaries even more popular then it was before, kind of like Iceland in 2010.
It's nice to see a detailed review on Luxair as there are so few reports on LG in general. They seem to offer a nice overall product though the "Premium class" price seems a bit high. I wasn't aware that Luxair had Premium Economy as I've only seen Business and Economy sold and I don't see any info about it on their website. It this their "Flex" Fare Brand option? If so, it seems to me that the difference in meals doesn't look like it' worth the fare difference with "Smart", but I guess the value is with the ticket flexibility and fast track access. I guess LG don't sell Business on this leisure route so this is the closest it gets.
The interiors are beginning to look a bit old and it would definitely be nice if they added some sort of streaming entertainment, since I would not expect in-seat IFE on a 737 inside Europe, but this is a long flight not to have any sort of IFE.

I totally agree with you, it's not me who made the reservation of the ticket but my travel agency.
We were a group of about 30 people from the same agency, we had seats to reserve at the front of the plane with a small sign, the ticket I paid to be more expensive than a passenger to Economy with a different service.
I think it was not a "normal" flight with only one booking class (Economy) but a special flight for my agency.
Yes, that wouldn't be luxury, for the return flight screens were installed and the seats weren't the same. It was not the same plane.

Thanks for sharing. I must say that I am a little bit shocked. For premium economy more than 900 euro? I assume that this was the price due to Easter holidays/ In february I was able to bought LH Business class from Munich to Gran Canaria and in both ways totally I spent 1060 EUR, was Business Flex tickets.I am going in 2 days so 14.05 to Fuerteventura from MUC by Eurowings discover operated by Airbaltic and I paid ca.508 Euro for Business class totally.
Additionally if I am not wrong you received only cold plates? nothing warm? for more than 4h of flight?
I like you report but I am dissapointed by LuxAir honestly.....

I totally agree with you, it's not me who made the reservation of the ticket but my travel agency.
It's not me who chooses the class or even the seat on the plane it's my airline, like you I find that this price is quite expensive for a small flight like that.
Yes, I find it shameful for such a price, to have a tray like that, not even a hot meal ! For the return flight, I still had the right to a hot dish !
