Introduction
This trip report is from 2017. I had arrived in KL from Sydney, Read Trip Report: Malaysia Airlines MH122 Sydney to Kuala Lumpur.
Had 2 hour 20 min transit. Having de-boarded at the satellite terminal took AirTrain to reach the Main Terminal Building [MBT] to catch next flight.
Checked the flight gate.

AirTrain had arrived, followed the crowd to board.

Alighted at MBT. with time to spare, Checked dutyfree shops. Aircraft models serving KUL.
Waiting for Boarding
Upon reaching gate, boarding was not open.

I had some food before arriving at the gate.
Security check
Boarding gate H6 opened , passed through security check without issue.

Boarding call was made. I joined queue to board aircraft.

Onboard
Crew checked boarding card and directed passengers to their seat. I was seated in the rear section behind the wing.

Pushback and Departure
Pushback was delayed due to missing passengers.
Safety demonstration was displayed on personal screen as the aircraft taxied towards runway.

Dinner Service
Drinks were provided after departure followed by dinner. Peanut and drinks to start.
Dinner - chicken, mixed veg and rice.
Food was good as seen below.

I rested after dinner. Cabin was darkened for passengers to rest.

Cabin lights were turned on. Pilot informed descend would be commencing shortly. Crew cleared the cabin and conducted safety checks.

Immigration and Custom
Immigration took 20 mins as other flight arrived at the same time. After clearing immigration, passed through duty free. I had to buy some gifts. Custom was quick as I wasn't carrying any dutiable item.
Exiting Airport
I was out of the terminal in 40 mins after arrival. I booked a pre-paid taxi from the kiosk inside the terminal.
Was home in 30 mins.
