I had an hour to kill and just went to the lounge to use the toilets and have a tea. I didn't take any pictures since the only thing I wanted was a bit of peace and close my eyes a bit :)

the flight
Boarding started when I arrived, it was a pax bus boarding under a heavy rain fall.

The driver parked as close as possible to the stairs, that was a nice gesture.
The purser greats us warmly, we are two business passengers for 2 rows. Will be a quiet flight.

The bulkhead:

The pitch on the first row of the E-90 is really great:

Side view:

The flight is pretty empty and we could leave early but as the weather is so bad we have a 30 minutes wait due to ATC. The purser offers water and a hot drink. I went for a coffee.

A twin next to us:

After 30' we pushed back, here an Air Baltic A220:

Line up:

And take off:

What an awful weather :(

At least it was a bit different than usual!

The salmon was a premiere for me:

Soon enough we started our descent:

As usual, pax bus to drive us to the sanitary controls:

A bit of walking:

In fact a bit more than a bit :)

Exit this way:

I have to pick up my suitcase:

This way to exit:

Landed at 11:40, out at 11:52, good job :)
Thanks for the report. Looks like a bog-standard KLC flight... Meal is pretty poor, service is allright. On my KLC flight last week I found the crew very lax with mask-wearing (themselves included).
KLM flights at BSL always depart from gates 1 and 2 it seems, is this French sector? and why does KL use the French sector and not Swiss?
Best, Dani
Hi Dani,
Thanks for the comment. KL used to depart from the Swiss sector a while ago, but now always from either gate 1 or 2. I think this has something to do with the ground handling, since Air France handles the flight. But that's only my penny :)
