Hi,
I only had 30 minutes to transfer - still I decided to quickly visit the only Lounge currently open at FRA by Lufthansa: a Senator Lounge at A gates area for all passengers regardless of status or travel class. As expected a queue was waiting for me.
Inside it was very crowded and felt somehow messy - not a real relaxing place that it should be.
the buffet offered some sweets, pretzels and fruit salad plus some self service cold & hot drinks - strange as Munich (Bavaria) does not allow self service drinks due to Corona. However the state law seams to be different in Frankfurt.
I only had a beer and some almonds.
On the way to my gate I had some nice evening apron views.
Boarding had already started once I reached my gate - the flight ended quite full as well.
Disinfection towels this time were distributed directly at the aircraft entrance due to the short flight time of 35 minutes only.
We soon left our parking position and started our short hop in nice sunset atmosphere.
No service at all was provided in Economy Class as the flight was very short - Lufthana currently only provided water bottles in Economy Class on flights longer than 50 minutes.
We landed on time at a very quiet Munich Airport.
