booking and routing
This flight was part of my trip to going skiing in Big Sky, Montana. All 4 original flights would be on United. My schedule looked like this:
MSY-DEN A320
DEN-BZN A319 (YOU ARE HERE)
BZN-IAH E175
IAH-MSY 737-900
However, due to Coronavirus issues closing the resort, I had to cancel my return flight and rebook on American.
Connecting
Since I arrived at Terminal A, I had to transfer to Terminal B for my next flight. The trains were delayed as one seemed to be out of service and it was very crowded so I waited about 15 minutes for one,
I had a little bit of spare time to take some pictures of the planes around me.

Boarding began on time at 11:00 A.M. I boarded through group 3 and soon settled in my Economy Plus seat, 8A>

N830UA, my ride to Bozeman today.
on the plane
My seat was very similar to my previous seat on the A320. It came with an adjustable headrest, lots of legroom, and a power outlet. However it was relatively difficult to keep my charger in the outlet so eventually I gave up trying.

We finally pushed back at 11:29 A.M. and were given an updated flight time of 1 hour and 18 minutes.

Inflight service started soon after we reached cruising altitude. I decided to get a ginger ale and some pretzels. Unlike my previous flight, I was only given a cup of ginger ale, no can. The bag of pretzels I was given also tasted rather stale. The flight attendants on this flight also seemed rather unhappy to be there and did not appear very friendly whatsoever.

Descent
We prepared for our descent at 12:45 P.M. and had a very rough landing at 1:00 P.M., 23 minutes early!

American E175 to Chicago-O'hare.

Delta SkyTeam 737-800 to Salt Lake City.

We arrived at gate 7 next to another United A319 that would be flying to Chicago O'hare.

For a small, seasonal airport, Bozeman had a very nice and large terminal with plenty of traffic when I arrived. I suppose this amount of rush is to blame for the 30 minute wait for our bags.
Thanks for this nice report! I love UA's Airbus cabins - they are very comfortable, imo. Shame about the crew - do you remember if they were Denver based? The reason I ask is that as a frequent United flyer, I've noticed that Denver crews are United's weakest link. Thanks again!
To wait more than thirty minutes for your hold luggage on an airport that size is completely unacceptable from my point of view with limited traffic, but such a shame that your holiday is cut short though. Understandable, but weren't you able to move your return flight on UA forward? Or was it simply fully booked as most passengers wanted to get out? Thanks for sharing!
