Being in X-mas Hollidays since Friday December 20th and needing to go to Cannes on Wednesday December 25th and wishing to go in Israel during this period, I created an alarm on Kayak 3 weeks before.
I found nothing interesting before Wednesday December 18th where Kayak made me an offer with Alitalia at 500€ on Expedia, with an extra 50€ offered by Expedia once on their website.
The routing will be :

As long as you can eat, ok. But, I find it a pity to serve such a meal on a destination they know many people are going not to eat what they serve.

thanks for sharing your experience on that flight. Alitalia seem to offer a solid product; and I agree with you on the logo on the wing, that's definitely a cool thing. I hope you had a great time in Israel. Looking forward to the return flight.
