After 4 days in Bangkok we had to go to our next destination, Phuket !
The taxi dropped us off at Suvarnabhumi in front of the doors leading to the Bangkok Airways counters.
Not a lot of people at check-in, all went fast, bags with PG, boarding cards in our hands we went through security.

Magnificent statues are at every end of the check-in aisles.

After going through security we went to the Bangkok Airways lounge. Bangkok Airways is most certainly the only airline in the world offering lounges for all its economy class customers. You have a small food buffet, a small selection of drinks but it is more than adequate !

Computers are also available for those who need but Bangkok Airways provides wifi for those with their own device.

The lounge is comfortable and pleasant, not a lot of people at this time of the day.

It is now time to walk to the boarding lounge.

We are bussed to our Airbus 320. I may be getting old with all those youngsters, and french ones at that, who were smoking in the bus, were rude and had absolutely no consideration for others. I would have offloaded them from the bus and refused them on the flight.
Picture of a plane while driving to our Airbus HS-PGV named Krabi.

Our Aibus. I really like the Bangkok Airways liveries !

Boarding will be done from the front and back.

The flight to Phuket is full. The safety demonstration are done over the screens.

After take off a sandwich is given to all passengers with a choice between ham or cheese. To wash it down the choice is between water, orange juice or water.

The flight went by quickly, nothing to see outside as the night was well in place over Thailand !
We'll arrive on time in Phuket. The bags are delivered with little wait.

We didn't stay long in Phuket, 1 day and that was it ! We didn't like either the Novotel Phuket or Patong Beach or anything. dreadful !!!
We left the next day to Singapore on Tiger Airways.
Merci Manureva pour ce FR. je confirme que Bangkok Airways est une excellente compagnie : je l'ai prise entre Bangkok et Siem reap Cambodge en janvier dernier et en garde un très bon souvenir. Je la reprendrai sans aucun doute pour un prochain voyage dans cetet zone;
Merci,
A+
Super cool!
