Hello everyone and welcome to another flight report. This time on a brand new Qatar Airways Boeing 777-300ER operating flight QR605 from Karachi to Doha. Firstly if you are interested a video version of this flight is available on my YouTube channel, for those who are interested you can check it out , the link is attached above. Anyways back to this flight , i was very lucky to get to fly on the last Boeing 777-300ER delivered to Qatar Airways. After a quick ride from my house made to Jinnah International Airport to check in for my flight

The check in procedure was fairly simple. There were 6-7 check in desks open for this flight so there wasnt really a chaos although from the number of people at check in figured out its going to be a full flight.

After the check in and immigration procedures went towards to international satelitte terminal to get to the gate for my flight.

After making it to the gate got a glimpse of the aircraft that will be flying me out to Doha. A Boeing 777-300ER delivered to Qatar Airways in September 2018, i was excited to be flying on a new aircraft.

After some time it was time to board the Boeing 777. Got a another view of A7-BEX while boarding the aircraft through the jetway.

Made to seat 34A , my home for the next 2 hours. Had quite a nice view of the raked wing tips of the Boeing 77W from my seat.

The seat consisted of a very responsive IFE touch screen, IFE remote and a USB port for small hand held devices. The seat also had some really amazing legroom. Some of the best legroom i have seen on a Boeing 777. I dont seeing anyone being uncomfortable on a long haul flight on this aircraft.

The seat pocket contents, the " Oryx" inflight magazine, disposable bag and a Boeing 777-300ER safety card.

Shortly after boarding the cabin crew distributed refreshing towels to all the passengers.

After around 15 minutes we pushed back from our gate. Got a good view of the aircraft at the gate besides ours, an Etihad Airways Airbus A320 getting prepped for a flight to Abu Dhabi. I really love this livery, what are your thoughts on this Etihad livery ?

And then those powerful GE90-115B engine fire up. By my name i guess you can figure out i absolutely adore the Boeing 777 so the GE 90 start up never gets old for me.

A Turkish Airbus A330-200 and PIA Boeing 777-300er at other gates after operating flights from Istanbul and Jeddah respectively.

A quick taxi from the gate to Runway 25L and we are of to Doha. I apologise for the bad views , night flights dont make up for good views.

After some time some signs of light started to appear , which was a relief for me as i always enjoy some good views from an airplane window.

The cabin on this new Boeing 777-300er was very modern. Some really nice good mood lighting was installed on this aircraft which was a good sight.

The cabin crew shortly commenced the breakfast service. The main dish consisted of scrambled eggs, chicken and roasted potatoes. Along with it came some yogurt with strawberry compote , fresh seasonal fruit , a fresh crossiant , a bottle of water and some strawberry jam. Also got myself a glass of mango juice. Overall a really filling meal and for a 2 hour flight this was very good.

Decided to watch an episode of " Friends " with my meal. Its pretty amazing that its 25 years for this sitcom now. Are any of you fans of this show?

After some time the sun rose and just like any sunrise this one was no less spectacular. The Boeing 777-300er truly is an amazing aircraft.

Well time really went by really quick on this flight because i took a nap for 20 minutes and after waking up realised we were above Hamad International Airport which meant we were well into our descent into Doha.

On finals for Runways 34L flying over the Persian Gulf.
If you want to check the whole approach into Doha i have attached the link above.

And……. touchdown in Doha Hamad International Airport on time. Good job by the pilots with the smooth touchdown.

After landing we began our taxi to our assigned gate. Passing by a few Qatari Aircrafts.

Spotted a British Airways Boeing 787-9 at one of the gates getting prepped for its 6 hour flight to London Heathrow.

Farewell A7-BEX , it has been a pleasant ride with you. And this brings us to the end of this flight report.
How was the taste of the meal tho? Because sometimes the looks may deceiving. Hopefully it was good...
The meal was pretty good and i guess couldnt ask for more for a breakfast meal on an airplane?
Looks like QR recently changed their meals presentation, but they're keeping a good service on shorter flights.
Yup its pretty amazing that QR have quiet filling meals on these shorter flights.
