Review of FlyOne flight from Duong Dong to Ho Chi Minh City in Economy

Hi guys. Welcome to my next report on Flight-Report. Today, I will fly with Vietjet Air from Phu Quoc to Ho Chi Minh City on a wet-leased Airbus A320 from a Moldovan low-cost carrier named FlyOne. Today's flight would start at Phu Quoc International Airport, Phu Quoc Island.

Let's go upstairs to the departure hall

Today, I would fly on flight VJ326 to Ho Chi Minh City, and the estimated departure time would be 4:20 pm.

And here is the departure hall of the terminal. The terminal doesn't seem so large, but when you go inside, it turns out pretty large and impressive.

Vietjet Air's check-in counters

Check-in was really fast, since I was at the airport so early, and at the time the counters for this flight opened, not many people there. Now I headed to the security check.

The security was fast too, and I got in the airside very quickly.

After getting around the airside, I went to the departure gate of this flight.

While I was waiting at the gate, I received the announcement that my flight was delayed 30 minutes. That was a typical thing when flying this airlines, so I didn't surprise about it. 

The gate for this flight was gate 2.

Finally, the aircraft for this flight had arrived from Ho Chi Minh City. The registration of this A320 is ER-00003, and it was 11.2 years old. Like I said, this plane is wet-leased from a Moldovan airline named FlyOne. And I was really excited to be on this unique plane XD.  

Boarding was called, and the passengers would board through jetbridge.

My seat on this flight was 10A.

Legroom was a bit cramped , but not too cramped to me though.

15 minutes after boarding, the aircraft started to pushback and taxi to the runway.

The aircraft took-off right after entered the runway. While taking-off, you guys can see the view of the island from above, and also, the whole view of Phu Quoc International Airport, too. (you can check it out in the video).

In the seat pocket, we had: a sickness bag, a safety card, and a menu.

10 minutes after take-off, buy-on-board services were begun. Because the flight was quite short so the crews would only sell stuffs if you pressed the call button.

The view outside the window during the flight. Since the flight was flown in the pretty low attitude, so you can clearly see the gorgeous view of Mekong Delta from above.

After about 40 minutes in the air, the aircraft was descended and prepared to land.
