After arriving on my flight from London Gatwick, I had a little over an hour to enjoy Keflavik Airport. Soon, boarding was called and I headed straight to the zoo that was my gate. I had to wait in line for quite some time before I was able to board. The plane was the exact same one I flew in from Gatwick (TF-GMA). I really enjoyed looking at the cool names found in WOW Air registrations. For example, TF-MOM, TF-DAD, TF-BRO, TF-SIS, etc. I had the same exact seat (3A) as on the previous flight (I describe the seat in depth on my previous flight report in the series).

In my opinion, Row 3 is the best one on the plane besides the "Big Seats" due to the endless legroom. After a quick safety demo, we pushed back and spent a great deal of time on the ramp. In that time, I caught a glimpse of Hekla Aurora, Icelandair's northern lights themed plane.

Then, a long taxi ensued, which gave a view of Icelandair's now grounded 737 MAX.

Just after takeoff were views of the Keflavik Airport terminal as well as Hekla Aurora again.

We then sharply turned towards the ocean.

Like the last flight, there was a buy on board service after takeoff. I ordered chicken ramen, though they were out of it, so I had vegetable ramen instead. There were iPads available for rent, though they had barely any content and were exorbitantly priced, so I didn't get one. I recommend you bring your own entertainment so you aren't bored. At cruise, we flew over Greenland and had views of snow covered mountains and ice covered rivers.

A second buy on board service commenced two hours from landing, though I didn't get anything. Thanks to the fantastic legroom in the seat, I was able to get comfortable. We then flew over Canada and then New York City.

Soon after, we started our descent into BWI and in no time we were on the ground.

After a short taxi, we arrived at our gate.
