Hi,
Welcome to this short evening hop from Munich to Frankfurt which I used as a connection flight for a longhaul trip from Frankfurt.
Check In was very quick & friendly at the Lufthansa Business Class counters and I had some minutes left to enjoy some sunny views from the visitot terrace on Terminal 2 which is free of charge.
Security was a breeze on this quiet public holiday afternoon and I soon was in the Lufthansa Business Class Lounge at G gates area to have a quick snack.
On the gate my Lufthansa A320 has already arrived from Frankfurt ready to head back soon. Boarding started on time and was very quick as the flight was only half full.
I took my window seat in the back of the plane where pitch was totally fine. Luckily I had an empty middle seat which is always nice. A flight time of 35 minutes was announced and we pushed back perfectly on time.
Soon we took off in a westerly direction and the cabin crew sprang into action minutes after take off. A small bag of pretzels was already handed out at the aircraft entrance during boarding. Now a full choice of drinks was offered from the trolley where I decided for some tomato juice. Amazing that Lufthansa manages such an inflight service on such short hops free of charge. The cabin crew on this flight was surprisingly great for Lufthansa standards: very friendly and always smiling.
Very soon we started appproach with some scenic views of Frankfurt skyline.
We parked 10 minutes ahead of schedule at a sunny apron next to some nice looking Airbus brothers.
