Introduction
This trip report covers flight from Singapore to Mumbai. After arriving from Sydney in Terminal 3, had a transit time of 2 hrs. See Trip report : Sydney - Singapore on Singapore Airlines
Transit
Took Skytrain to Terminal 2. Did some shopping and then found a place to sort my things. It was soon time to the flight departing from Gate F54.

Security and boarding
Soon it was boarding time headed for the gate in Terminal 2. On arriving, boarding had commenced. Completed security check, shown my boarding card and ticket. Waited for seat numbers to be called.

Flight wasn't full
While boarding noticed the flight wasn't going to be full. Had many empty seats in the rear section. The two seats next to mine were empty.

Since the flight was not full, boarding was quick. Doors were closed and safety demonstration was carried out using video. Soon pushback commenced after a long taxi, reached the runway. Watch video to experience departure.

I did not watch any entertainment as this being a red-eye, preferred to sleep. Didn't notice any one watching entertainment.

Dinner packaging
Having ordered special meal during booking, got served first. Many passengers skipped the meal as they had already slept by the time meal service started.

Fish curry, veggies and rice with dessert. Food was well made.
Dark cabin
After the meal, lights were dimmed for resting. Like many others, I had two seats to stretch. Slept for the rest of the flight and woke closer to Mumbai. I didn't photo the inflight magazine as it was same as the Sydney - Singapore flight. I don't remember if menu was provided as I was served pre-ordered meal.

Immigration
Immigration was quick with very few passengers as this flight arrives after the mid-night to early morning rush. Baggage took sometime to arrive as the Terminal was inaugurated a month earlier.

Took my bag and passed customs without any issues. Soon was outside waiting to be be picked.
