Welcome to the first flight report about Aurigny Air Services in English on this website.
I had a flight with outstanding views from Jersey to Guernsey in the morning (see my previous flight report here). I spent about 7 hours sightseeing in Guernsey during the day

I returned my rental car at 4pm (note that Guernsey has extremely narrow roads). The airport looks nice inside with more space than anywhere else on Guernsey and only a few people at check-in.

Departures for the evening and next morning:

I had a lot of time so I went upstairs where there is a café and nice view over the apron

Anyway you don’t need to get to the airport too early. I was through security in five minutes. There’s a café airside as well but no hot food was available this time.

We had a short walk to our aircraft, an E195.

This is Aurigny’s largest aircraft with 122 seats in a single-class configuration, perfectly suitable for the short flight to London. Seat configuration is 2+2.

Legroom was OK

Other aircrafts of the airline include ATR72, ATR42 and Dornier Do228.

Here is Aurigny’s route map:

Food and other products are available for purchase. Given how short the flights are not many people spend money onboard even if prices are reasonable.

We took off in at 18.14, so on-time. During the flight the cabin crew proved to be experienced, efficient and friendly. We landed at 18.53 after a net flight time of only 39 minutes. We reached our final parking position at 18.59. Our aircraft at Gatwick:

Short & Sweet, loved the review. Really want to fly this route sometime!
Thank you for your comment, it's really good fun the fly around the Channnel Islands!
Hi, BLDAVID.
I love reading new airline report in English. Thank you for your report.
Thank you for your comment!
Nice stuff man
When did they stop flying to Jersey?
A birth on a 15 min flight?!?! wow congrats to the crew... well, pilot... lol
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for sharing this exotic report! As you've said, it is indeed the first Aurigny report on the site in English, and it is also the first report on the GR E195. 122 seats on a E195 seems like a lot, but I guess since it's an all-Y configuration, it's not that overly cramped and the seat pitch seems ok. The B.O.B prices seem reasonable, though the duty free is a bit on the expensive side. Still it's nice that they offer duty free on board these short flight. I guess they can take advantage of the fact that the Channel Islands aren't part of the EU. Thanks for sharing!
Hi Kévin, thank you for your comment. Yes, seat pitch was OK. It was good fun flying with a new airline from such a small island.
