Had hailed a taxi from Pudong to the airport.

First Passenger at the MH counter. Soon joined the queue, check-in took about 20 mins.

Cabin service was commenced around 3 hrs into the flight. Option was fish with noodles or chicken with rice. Fish was so so and oily, but the chicken teriyaki was good.

Unbelievable..
This might well be the last proper documentation of 9M-MRO until it is found again, who knows how far in the future. Let's hope it will be found and retrieved soon so that relatives and friends may get some sort of closure.

Beautiful report, with lots of nice planespotting, just how I like it :-)
It is especially nice to see the pre-merger Blue Tulip UA livery. It was soooo much nicer than the post-merger Continental livery.
It is eerie that this report is on 9M-MRO. It reminds me of how I have spotting pics of HL7742 landing at LAX just a few weeks before it crashed at SFO.
