Tonight's flight will be leaving from Gate 22. Seeing that I have nothing to do for several hours, I decided to take a walk around the terminal. The shops are beginning to close as it approaches late at night. The terminal's activity seemed to quieten down along with the night.

Our plane being loaded for the flight. Seems like MU is using a FM plane for this flight again.

What's that behind our plane…? Spotted a wild KLM 787 in the distance. PVG isn't really the best airport for plane spotting.

Finally, it's time to board our flight. We make our way down the terminal onto the aerobridge. Last look of our plane in PVG!

We enter through the front door and walk past the Business Class cabin.

The rear Economy Class cabin, arranged in a 2-4-2 configuration. I'm seated at the window seat on the second last row on this flight.

A top-down view of the seat.

Taken from my seat, looking forward. Flight is fuller than seen in picture.

Welcome to MU's IFE system. Seems to be slightly updated over my previous flight 2 years ago?

Obligatory photo of IFE remote. I won't be using this since IFE is a touchscreen.

Legroom shot. I would say it's average for me. As usual, all of MU's planes are way too hot for a long flight.

Seatback material. Safety card, IFE instruction card, China's Quarantine information card, Eastern Mall duty-free shopping and Connections Magazine.

I start up Doctor Strange as the plane pushes back. Seems like MU's IFE can be used from Gate-to-Gate. Much improved from my last flight on MU with an IFE system.

The cabin lights are dimmed for take-off as the safety video plays.

No hot meal is served on this flight, instead a snack bag is given out to each passenger along with drinks service. The snack bag consists of a pastry(filled with glutinous rice), a raisin pound cake and a banana. The banana was the best item of the lot. That describes the quality of the food on this flight.

Post-snack, it's time for a visit to the toilet. Normal, clean toilet.

Flight is uneventful as I fall asleep until the plane lands. Watching the rest of the passengers retrive ther bags from the overhead compartments.

Final disembarkation begins.

Back at Changi Airport!
