Review of KLM flight from Amsterdam to Helsinki in Business

Hello,
As I had enough transfer time at Schiphol I visited the KLM Crown lounge in Schengen area.
I found a quiet seat in the end corner of the lounge and in general I think the lounge has a nice design and atmosphere.
Also drink and snack choices were fine.

Boarding was almost finished when I reached our gate at the far end of D gates pier.
A friendly crew welcomed us on board and I settled into my window seat 2F.

In total the Business Class cabin consisted of 3 rows and only 6 seats of 12 were occupied this evening.
This meant a nice and calm atmosphere and a friendly flight attendant distributed a choice of newspapers while still parked.

We departed on time and started our route towards the Northern end of Europe.
Soon after take off menus was distributed and there was a choice of two hot main courses tonight: Chicken or fish.
Afterwards aperitif service was conducted and I opted for a gin and tonic which was served with some almonds.

Next hot towels were distributed before the meal was served.

I opted for the fish and the whole meal tasted great and is very well done by KLM for an intra European service wih 2 hours 15 minutes flight time.

After the meal service I enjoyed some tea and a glass of Amarula. Cabin crew also distributed after dinner pralines which was a great touch.

The flight passed by very smoothely and with a very relaxed and unrushed service.
During descent we had some great views of Helsinki before we tuched down at Helsinki where winter was in full swing with minus 13°C and masses of snow.

We parked next to a Tuifly Nordic Boeing 737.
