It was time to return to Chattanooga from a wonderful Florida Vacation

Allegiant requires all passengers to be at the airport 2 hours before departure so we had to get to the airport at 5:35AM

After waiting for a brief few minutes at the TSA checkpoint I noticed the abundance of Allegiant's aircraft destines for places all over the eastern and northern parts of the US

At 7:15 we began our boarding, I again had priority boarding

Before we got underway it started to rain which seemed to slow the boarding process for some odd reason

The "Visit Florida Plane was departing along with quite a few MD80s

Eventually we taxied to the end of the runway, waited for about a minute and powered into the skies over Florida

We had a fairly smooth cruise at 35,000 feet with light turbulence in some spots

We began our decent into middle Tennesee

As we where on our final approach it suddenly got really bumpy and lots of turns

Then we hit the runway….Really Hard

Its Chattanooga's really small terminal

Looking back at N216NV before entering the terminal

Time for the 2 hour drive to Huntsville
