My World Youth Day trip

This is my first trip to Europe, I chosen Lufthansa to my destination. I will take LH731 to Munich and
transit to Krakow, it look a nice trip for World Youth Day. However, I heard that LH797 to FRA was
delay due to weather problem. There a lots of passengers ask for the hotel and allowance.

There are some surprise for me, I used mobile boarding pass. However the light turn red,
the staff checked my passport and told me "Sir, your seat changed to 23C from 57K. It is the premium
Economy Class, it is much comfortable. Enjoy your flight. Wow, it is my first time upgrade.

Mixed Green with smoked Chicken and Cherry Tomato. A nice appetizer before the
dinner.
Main Course: Chicken Goulash with Penne, Carrots and Broccoil. Really nice dinner
for me, the penne it tasty cheesy. Good job LH.
Dessert: Baked Cheese Cake, look tasty dessert to end the dinner.
We still have 9hr 11mins to MUC.

I still hungry after dinner, the FA let me try the Economy class dish. It look just so
so pork rice and taste salty.
Just woke up and wait for the breakfast.

Scrambled Egg with Chicken Sausage and Vegetable Ratatouille. The egg tasty insipid, but the
Vegetable Ratatouille can make the taste balance. Nothing special of the sausages.

Thanks for this very nice report on Lufthansa's Premium Economy! The product looks very nice overall--from the good seats and good amount of space to the better service and catering. The only thing I find weird about LH's Premium Economy is that they only use those flimsy screens to separate PE from Y instead of a true bulkhead wall like other airlines. On some aircraft, I believe on the A380, LH's PE is surrounded by Economy class in front and in the back, which I find even weirder. Aside from that, everything looks great. Thanks for sharing!
Yup, Lufthansa's PEY is really nice and comfortable. But I like the screen in front of me instead of store
in the armrest. A346 's PEY is better than A380's, because the IFE system is the latest model. The screen it look
nice.
Very nice look at LH's PE offering on the A340.... looks like a good offering. It's nice that even if the second meal (breakfast) is kinda economy-ish, it's served with real dishes and tableware. My only longhaul PE experience is AC, where you get a domestic J-style meal for the first meal, and after that, it's all economy service all the time. Hard product looks good for PE, and service seems to match.
For some reason, I find the downstairs lavatories on the LH 346 the coolest thing. Just novelty, I'm sure, but it's so different.

LH's PEY is really nice, especially the dinner is tasty and full enough. Also, the overnight kit is useful
for thus flight. The downstairs lavatories is unique of all the 346. That's why I choose A346 to MUC instead of
the boring A388 to FRA.
Great to get a look at what Lufthansa's Premium Economy product is like. The seats and the food look quite nice. Always nice to get an upgrade!

Lufthansa's PEY is really nice, and they provide better tableware and wider seats. It is worth to travel for long haul flight.
