This was my first trip in Lan Airlines and the service is not bad but nothing to remember neither. The cabin is called Premium Economy in the Airbus 320 and Business in the B787.
Like i request a special services LAN dont give me the posibility in to make the Check In On Line. Doesnt matter if you fly in Business but if you do in Economy maybe you want to reserve your seat before and take the best in the plane, right?
The Queen of LH in Ezeiza/Buenos Aires arriving from Frankfurt.
The Cabin looks old with the leather seats. The layout is 3-3 but the middle seat is blocked.

They have a App that you can download and see the map in your devices, or watch films or tv shows, listen music, etc, but dont have internet or wifi. But dont have to recharge your devices.
The meal service is light in this plane and a little better in the B787 (Soonthe report).
The view is great, the Cordillera de los Andes is between argentina and Chile and when you take a flight over here can see beautifull views in the flight.
In SCL AA/IB and UA with the B789. So nice plane.
Arriving in SCL from a international flight LAN dont have finger or bridge, just a remort position.

Wow, it is light and day difference between the planes that LA sends on this route. To think that this cabin and the B787 are marketed the same, it is very inconsistent. This cabin looks very old as you mentioned and has the European-style C-cabin.
Catering looks consistent with European C, a cold breakfast offering. Definitely not very exciting catering.

Hey, i saw the KLM and AC reports flying the same route and the services is really better than Lan service. The price could be the same.

Very cool report! I'd never seen a review on LAN's Premium Economy. Looks like it's a lot like European carrier's Business class. LAN is smarter to call this Premium Economy instead of Business unlike European carriers. Very nice aerial shots! Thanks for sharing
You are right, Premium Economy sounds better than a Business. The Crew was kind and the lounges are ok in Argentina and in Chile, nothing special but ok.

I was curious about how LA's premium economy product is. Nice to see that it is like a European style Business class.
LAN does not market the product in the same way in all of their fleet. They offer a Premium economy in their A319/A320 fleet which is not the same as their Premium Business class offered in their 767 and 787.
Hey,thanks for comment. You can see the report in the 789 with a Business Class, the service is the same. The welcome drink is the extra but the service is the same than Premium Economy. I was disappointed about this, i thought in the 789 the service could be better but not.
