Terminal 2 in Munich is always a nice place to depart from

Super modern and clean airside with lots of shops

Lufthansa is providing free hot beverages and newspapers to all Star Alliance members

My ride for today

Never seen this before, but as the flight to Frankfurt is super short, passengers had the possibility to get some biscuits right at the gate. I think this is a way to offer some snacks without risking the crew running out of time for board service.

Sitting right behind the emergency exit row. LH cabin is clean as always

Wide selection of free beverages available on board

On the ground again after about 30-40 min in the air

Arrived exactly in time at the gate

Conclusion

Lufthansa is offering a great service product for domestic flights in Germany! Even though this flight was very short I got snacks and drinks! But I have to say Lufthansa is not the cheapest.

Munich Airport is in my opinion one of the best all over the world! Especially in Terminal 2 you get free wifi access and a big avriety of shops. The building itself is very bright with lots of windows and clean.

All in all this was a very enjoyable trip!

That is really interesting that they put snack boxes at the entrance, very creative solution to the short flight catering conundrum. NH does this with candies (only 25% of the time).

Overall, a good performance by LH.
