Review of British Airways flight from Buenos Aires to London in Economy

This is my first report, hope you enjoyed it.
We arrived at the airport at 8:30 in the morning and the British airways check in desks were already open. There was very few people so check in didn't take long.

After check in we went to a café to have breakfast(the café has closed now). Finish that we went straight to security and passport control i decided to take some pictures of aircrafts at EZE.

We nothing to do we did some shopping at the duty free until boarding was announced, I could use fast track thanks for my ruby oneworld category.

My general impressions of the cabin were positive. The Seat was fine(although they could use an upgrade) and the crew was friendly. The only thing that i would really change it's the IFE. For a start the displays are first generation, which means they have a very low resolution and they are very small. The content was Ok, there weren't many choices but there were a lot of categories. They also don't have an energy plug or USB port which means that if you run out of battery on your phone or tablet, you are screw. An really it is very likeable you run out of charge on a 13 hour flight which is mostly a flight done on day rather than night.

The British Airways amenity kit for economy include a pillow, a blanket and a little plastic bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and headset. They also offer socks and a eye mask on request.

By 12:50 we started taking and by 13:05 we were taking off.

One hour after take off, the crew started the lunch/dinner service by giving a beverage of choice

And shortly after that with the actual dinner service. Now I wanted to try something new so I ordered a special child meal. I know it sound stupid but I was willing to try it. The meal was good and it consisted of pasta with tomato sauce, a little salad that included rice, ham and beans, a little bottle of water and for dessert peaches. After the service, the crew began offering tea and coffee, I went for a tea. The regular dinner consisted of the classic chicken or pasta

After dinner I began watching some AHS episodes on my IPad and try to sleep but fail. By 20:00 Buenos Aires time, people started to feel hungry so the crew gave up a little box with snacks that included two cereal bars, nachos with marinara sauce, a little cup of water and a piece of candy.

After the snack I could finally sleep a bit until they began service breakfast. The breakfast for the child meal consisted of an omelette with sausages as the main course. A little pastry with raisins , a strawberry yogurt and a box of orange juice. The regular breakfast choices consisted of a toasted sandwich or a tortilla. I ate the yogurt and pastry but skipped the omelette.

After breakfast I watched American dad episode on the IFE, until the crew announced that we began landing into London Heathrow Terminal 5 and headsets had to be removed.

We were assigned a remote stand so the buses would take us to Terminal 5A

And this concludes my report on flight 244 of British Airways from Buenos Aires to London. Overall the flight was good(But the IFE needs to be updated as soon as possible)
