everything was perfect, lounge, aircraft. terminal, arrival
the only bad thing was cathay pacific crew.
they are not helpful, or nice, it seems you are being served by a robot.
i took 5 CX flights in business and none of the crews were friendly.

Its a shame you didn't get great crew, you are the 3rd person I have read that have bad experience with CX business crew flying out USA.
I think maybe CX crew flying out of USA are the robot ones.
It is strange, because from Australia, they are nice and my trip from HKG to Seoul, they were wonderful! felt like first class service.
Anyway that bed is one of the best beds in the sky :) easily most comfortable.
But the cabin looks empty? thats odd, normally CX flights are packed with passengers.

This was the morning flight, I guess is the less popular or I was lucky to have a very empty business class.
I did not like the food and the crew, I was expecting much more from Cathay from what I have heard. I usually fly American Airlines, on my way back I flew from HKG to DFW and the seats are the same and the crew was Friendly and much more relaxed. I would never imagine that I would like American Airlines more then Cathay.
We took many CX flights on this trips and none of the crews were friendly, they were just ok, p, we flew also on Malaysian airlines and the crews were fantastic, friendly and very attentive.
